Our Purpose

The mission of Hardinsburg Baptist Church is to love God holistically, love our neighbors actively, and love self compassionately. (Mathew 22:34-40; Mark 12:28-34)
 
The values that will guide our actions as we fulfill our mission are worship (Psalm 34:3, Matthew 4:10, John 4:21-24), discipleship (Matthew 28:18-20, John 8:31, John 15:8),  service (Mark 10:43-44, Luke 10:36-37, John 13:14, Galatians 6.2), and prayer (Isaiah 56:7, Matthew 6:9-13, Acts 2:42). An effort will be made by all members of Hardinsburg Baptist Church to live out these values in Biblical community (Ecclesiastes 4:12, Romans 12:5, Ephesians 6:1-9).
